My name is Guy and thanks for reading this and I enjoy sharing it with you. My love of music was established really without me actually knowing it around the age of four. We all remember listening to the songs we heard our parents playing and singing along to around the house and out in the car, from here I can vividly remember singing them back to myself sitting in the garden or up in the neighbours tree, yes a varied childhood I had. This just continued throughout my formative years from singing in school plays to practising in the music room with great encouragement from my music teacher, at this point I took up playing the clarinet and this led me to being socially involved with other likeminded music fans and instrument players. I soon parted ways with the clarinet to focus on singing and at the grand old age of 16, I joined a band after singing a song with them on stage after their singer stormed off, the curse of the performer, the ego. From this I honed my skills and set sail on the solo vessel so as to concentrate on learning exactly what I wanted to learn. Fast forward a few years and I gig and perform as often as I can, I have performed at small pubs, clubs, corporate events, a few castles and then my musical nirvana was reached, singing live at the BBC with none other than soul sensation Beverley Knight. An experience I will never forget and appreciate with all my soul. So onwards and upwards with all things musical, and enjoy the journey, thanks
